In my younger days I’d spend countless hours washing my car over the weekends. Sometimes pushing into two or three days depending on the project. My family and friends thought I was a bit nuts, but it was fun.
In September 1973 the 48th ISDT (International Six Days Trial) was held in Dalton, Massachusetts. Of the many motorcycles in this event was the Triumph TR5T Trophy Trail.
The original bob-jobs were barebones and minimal. Builders tossed excess parts, modified the frame and shortened the fenders for that classic ‘bobbed’ look.
